Very Thin Frame - VTF - 19 3/16" Wide

Description

The GKM "VTF" very thin frame was designed to optimize space and is used primarily in mobile applications. The front panel mounting angles are built-in, making them an integral part of the frame. The very thin frame is designed to be ganged for maximum support and stability in a mobile setting (**not recommended for use with casters).

The 19 3/16" wide VTF is available in 2 heights and 2 depths. This fully-welded frame is constructed of 11 GA CR steel. The side braces are 14 GA CR steel with16 GA panel mounting angles. The VTF also features a series of mounting holes to easily accommodate optional rear door, sides, top and base. Rear door can be hinged left or right (optional).

Frame Includes

Furnished with two pair of panel mounting angles (front and rear). The front panel mounting angles are built-in and are tapped # 10-32 or #12-24 on 5/8", 5/8", 1/2" centers. Centers UC (EIA universal spacing)The rear angles (untapped) are provided with panel mounting clips and are fully adjustable, providing the flexibility to configure frame with multiple rail positions (1L). Angles are shipped installed in frame.

Optional Rack Modification

Rack "Tie Bar" Modification

For additional cable fastening and support inside racks. Tie bars are available for FR and VTF. The 1/8" x 1/2" steel tie bars are shipped installed in rack approximately every 7" on both sides.
